Michael Caddell, Cynthia Chapman, and John Scofield, in conjunction with several other law firms, successfully resolved a national class action against Kia Motors America, Inc. The class action pertained to Kia’s misstatement of the horsepower on its Optima for the 2001 and 2002 model years. The resulting settlement provided a cash fund for the benefit of the class.
